Pre-Action Letter: Delivered, Opened… then Marked “Return to Sender”
A short, factual timeline of our attempts to engage before issuing proceedings.
Summary: We sent a Pre-Action Protocol (PAP) letter by email. No reply. We then sent the same letter by Royal Mail Special Delivery to the registered office. Tracking shows it was delivered on 29 Aug 2025. The next day the envelope came back to us marked “Return to Sender” — and it had been opened.

What happens next
Given the refusal to engage at pre-action, we are proceeding to file our claim with the County Court. If the organisation instructs solicitors, they can contact us directly in writing to discuss narrowing issues or settlement.
