Our Mission

A home for people they underestimated

Our Mission

Calm, lawful, relentless. We help people who have been mistreated by systems that were supposed to help them, then we make sure those systems cannot hide it. Evidence first, privacy first, no theatre.

What we do

We help you frame your story in facts, use the right legal language, request your data, and push for corrections that stick. You choose private help or a public route. You control what is said, when it is said, and how far it goes.

  • Support with rights, letters, timelines, and data requests
  • Strategic escalation to regulators and prescribed persons
  • Careful publication when silence is the tactic

How we work

  • Evidence first, documents and logs before adjectives
  • Privacy first, no special category data handled without safeguards and consent
  • Accessibility, written communication is available as a reasonable adjustment, with audio options in scope
  • Chain of custody, clean handoffs, request IDs, and verifiable timelines

We are not a law firm. Nothing here is legal advice. We help you stand up without being reckless.

Editorial stance

Human dignity

People should not have to trade privacy or health details for basic services. We write for those who should never have been put in that position.

Public interest

We publish only what others can verify. Primary sources and side by side comparisons carry the weight, not adjectives.

Right of reply

We invite corrections and publish them where they change the facts. Use our Right to Reply. Silence is recorded as silence.

Safeguards and privacy

  • No advertising cookies, privacy friendly analytics only
  • No special category data kept without explicit consent and controls
  • Security logging for abuse detection, documented in the privacy policy
  • PGP and file drop available for sensitive disclosures
