NPA Fails to Respond – The Evidence Will Speak

The National Pharmacy Association has now failed to respond to any of the formal emails sent regarding both their client’s and their own handling of a Subject Access Request, or the deeply inappropriate allegation issued by one of their legal officers. The first deadline has passed. The next expires at the end of this week.

They know we are prepared to escalate. What comes next is on them.

Ms Alicia Grace Day, regulated by the SRA (SRA No. 644026), made a serious allegation of misrepresentation in writing. When asked to either substantiate or withdraw it, she declined to engage further.

To date, the only possible defence for the misrepresentation allegation rests on an extremely shaky reading of what is already public, and what has already been clarified. That defence has been dismantled in multiple emails, each one sent respectfully and on the record. No response has been received to any of those messages for more than two weeks.

That decision has consequences. Under Paragraphs 1.2 and 1.4 of the SRA Code of Conduct, solicitors must act with integrity and uphold public trust. Your failure to substantiate your claim, or withdraw it, breaches both and directly brings your profession into disrepute.

I have given you multiple opportunities to correct the record. Instead, you doubled down with silence.

Let it be known: you have been out lawyered by an autistic litigant in person. I do not bluff. I do not walk away. I do not forget.

Our evidence does not lie. And soon, our readers will see that for themselves, in full timestamped context.

Final deadline: 17:00 UK time, Friday 19 September 2025. After that, the public timeline will be updated accordingly.
