DEFCON Ready – Strategic Updates Incoming

Posted by The Reasonable Adjustment |

After a short phase of tactical silence and behind-the-scenes preparation, we are now entering the next stage of our public accountability campaigns. Multiple threads are nearing key turning points. Eyes up. DEFCON has been initiated.

We hope to provide substantive updates on the following fronts over the coming weeks:

  • The Recruitment Junction – They have still not provided the meeting notes we formally requested, and continue to ignore our follow-up Subject Access Request. We consider this both procedurally and legally significant, and further action is already under consideration.
  • IPS Pharma – Their privacy policy remains dated 25 May 2018. That is not a typo. We are reviewing what this means for current data subjects, especially given the medical sensitivity of the services they provide.
  • Greggs – We are due to submit a formal pre-action letter this week regarding unresolved GDPR and discrimination concerns. Despite previous correspondence, Greggs have yet to engage meaningfully. Whether this is delay, denial, or disinterest will soon become clear.
  • The Labour Party – Silence… for now. We remain patient, but prepared. Case files are active, and timelines are being tracked.

We remain poised to act depending on how key players respond. All systems are operational. New publishing tools, mirrored domains, and secure archives have been activated in preparation for full deployment.

Expect a fresh, and potentially explosive, post by the end of the week. Or sooner, should events demand it.

The mission remains unchanged – transparency, accountability, and rights protection. And we are just getting started.
