The Reasonable Adjustment is completely self funded. There are no ads, no donate button, and no subscription fees. No pop-ups and no nags. Just work.
Why we do it this way
Trust is the whole point. If we are pushing ads or gating content, the signal gets muddy. We prefer clarity. You should never have to wonder whether a post exists to help you or to sell you something.
What may change
Costs rise. Hosting, tools, and time add up. If that pressure increases, we may introduce optional ways to support the project. That could be simple donations, pay what you want resources, or paid services for organisations that can afford it.
What will not change
Our informal advocacy for individuals stays free. If you need help and you are an individual, you will not be charged. Full stop.
How you can help without paying
Share the site with someone who needs a win. Send feedback on our tools. Point us at policies that deserve a closer look. Real help is often practical, not financial.
