Or Just One of the Few Who’s Had Enough

It’s true – I’ve been involved in multiple disputes with organisations. If you’re keeping score, I’m the common denominator. But here’s the part people often miss: maybe that says less about me, and more about the state of modern institutions.
We live in a time where laws are seen as guidelines, not obligations. Where the Equality Act, GDPR, safeguarding duties – they’re all brushed aside until someone insists they be taken seriously. Fines are shrugged off as a cost of doing business. Apologies, if they ever come, are PR exercises, not genuine attempts at repair.
Meanwhile, the public is expected to comply, stay quiet, and be grateful for whatever scraps of fairness are left. And if you speak up? You’re labelled difficult, vexatious, or just a bit of a problem.
But let’s be clear – I’m not here to play nice with systems that don’t respect the law. I’m here because I believe in something better. A society where accountability isn’t optional. Where institutions don’t get to bully or bypass those who know their rights.
I hold organisations to account not because I enjoy conflict, but because they’ve been getting away with far too much for far too long. And I’m not the only one waking up to that.
So yes, I might be the common denominator. But maybe that just makes me consistent.
If a lone-autistic activist has your organisation on the ropes – maybe you should take it as a sign that you should be doing better.
The evdience will speak for itself. No unfounded claims, just bullet-proof documentation.
This article reflects my lived experience and opinions. All claims are based on documented correspondence and lawful requests. I welcome corrections, challenges, or responses from any organisation named or implied.
