The Reasonable Adjustment was built to challenge the status quo, shine light on murky processes, and open doors that too often remain closed. But we’re not trying to do it all alone. There’s space here for formal partnerships, informal conversations, joint campaigns, tech integrations, cross-posts, platforming each other’s work, or simply sharing war stories over a coffee.
If you believe in accountability, accessibility, and transparency, and especially if you’re also fighting from the margins, we want to hear from you.

Who We’re Looking For
We welcome people from all backgrounds, skill levels, and life experiences. If you bring useful expertise, insight, or ideas, you’re welcome here.
Any work you do with us will be independent from critical infrastructure. You will not be given access to any sensitive data, permissions, or backend systems. What we want is your skill, creativity, and perspective, not your login credentials.
Whether you’re here to code, consult, co-write, or just contribute something valuable, we’ll make sure the boundaries are clear and the work is respected.
Visibility and Experience
You can be fully public or completely anonymous. If you write an article, it can go under your real name, a pseudonym, or be published ghost-style. If you contribute behind the scenes, we’ll never out you. If you want credit, you’ll get it.
If you’re looking to build experience, sharpen skills, or just get your foot on the ladder, we get it. We’re not proclaiming to be a fountain of knowledge, but we do understand how hard it can be to find somewhere to get the ball rolling.
