Bottom line. Some countries allow travel with the right paperwork. Some require prior approval. Some ban it outright. Always check the official authority before you travel and carry proof for your exact product and dose.
How Europe works in practice
Schengen countries use an Article 75 certificate for residents who carry controlled medicines for up to 30 days. The UK is not in Schengen. UK patients usually travel with a doctor letter and, in some cases, a permit from the destination country.

CBPM Cost and Dosage Prototype, understand your THC intake
Trying to work out how much THC you’re actually using, what it costs, and whether a tolerance break might help? I built a simple tool that turns your prescription details into something you can actually reason about.
- Estimate THC per day and per month (based on your product and usage)
- Spot when “creeping tolerance” is doing the spending for you
- Plan tolerance breaks with real numbers, not vibes
- Budget your CBPM costs without spreadsheets and headaches
