UK Pharmacy Watch — Info Hub
A project from The Reasonable Adjustment. Public interest first. No spin. Just receipts.
What UK Pharmacy Watch is for
UK Pharmacy Watch documents and explains pharmacy sector issues that affect patients and disabled people. We collect evidence, publish analysis, and direct readers to primary sources. The goal is simple. Protect the public interest and keep the record straight.

Domain ownership as activism
Domains are signposts and archives. We secure domains linked to institutions under scrutiny so that people searching for answers do not meet silence. They find accurate and evidence based reporting in the public interest.
Our goal is transparency. Institutions often rely on digital obscurity. Domain ownership makes the information discoverable, accessible, and permanent.
Examples of domains secured
Pharmacy sector
- ips-pharma.org.uk
- ips-pharma.org
- nationalpharmacyassociation.org.uk
- nationalpharmacyassociation.org
These domains point to ukpharmacywatch.org, which hosts public interest analysis.

Who we target and why
We do not target small limited companies that are simply trying to make their way in society. We focus on organisations that should know far better. These are bodies with public duties, charitable status, or healthcare responsibilities. Trust is part of their brand and the stakes are high.
Owning relevant domains is not a prank. It shows how careless some institutions are with their digital presence and, by extension, with the trust placed in them. Consider the healthcare sector. CB1 Clinic are currently investigating a data breach. If domains like ips-pharma.org or nationalpharmacyassociation.org had been bought by malicious actors, they could have been used for phishing campaigns against vulnerable patients.
Not about profit
We do not acquire domains for commercial gain. This is not profiteering. Domains protect the public record. When an organisation mistreats people, spreads misinformation, or play the usual games of gatekeep, gaslight, and silence – domains keep the issue visible.
If an organisation shows genuine remorse, admits they failed to respect people, and demonstrates real change, we are open to a transfer conversation based on earned respect and genuine reform, not money.
- The public interest stays protected
- The cause stays central, not the brand
- Reconciliation is possible, but only through honesty
