We have noticed increased engagement from individuals we believe to be trustees or affiliates of an organisation mentioned throughout this platform.

If you are visiting in that capacity – welcome.

This site was created for transparency, lawful documentation, and public accountability, particularly where formal mechanisms have not served disabled or justice-involved people effectively.

Everything here is published with care, and in the public interest. We aim to platform concerns that often go unheard, particularly where legal rights under the Equality Act, Data Protection Act, or safeguarding legislation are involved.

These issues are serious. They have been reviewed independently by the Equality Advisory and Support Service and Citizens Advice, both of whom indicated that discrimination and victimisation may have taken place under UK law.

This is not about blame – it is about responsibility. We continue to invite constructive dialogue and lawful resolution through appropriate governance channels.

If you are reading this as a trustee, we hope you will approach what is shared here with the same sense of duty and public interest that your role requires.
